On March 16, Justice Kim, Jong-Dae, at the invitation of Law School of Dong-A University, delivered a special lecture on "Constitutional Rights and Duties" to around 100 students of the School.
Lecturing on the rights and duties of citizens guaranteed by the Constitution, Justice Kim stressed that, "Without the Constitution, there may be freedom but no right to freedom."
